Pay range: $125,000-$150,000 annually

Job Summary:

This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, including boilers and large units. Strong sales and communication skills are essential for providing value-added services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems
• Serve as an expert or quickly become proficient in residential, commercial, and boiler systems
• Learn and adapt to new equipment and repair techniques as needed
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately
• Recommend and sell additional services or system upgrades to customers
• Maintain a minimal callback rate on service calls
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• HVAC Trade School certification required
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
• Clean and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Sales and estimating experience is a plus
