Job Title: Senior HVAC Installer

Location: Chicago Area

Compensation: $35.00-$45.00/hr + Bonus & Commission opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee residential HVAC installations
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
• Ensure all installations meet company and industry standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in the field
• Uphold all safety standards and protocols
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff
• Maintain accurate job documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform all physical requirements of the job

Work Environment:

• On-site work at residential customer locations
• Variable temperature and space conditions depending on the site
• Driving company vehicle to and from jobs and occasional office visits
