In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Responsible for Order Execution Process in Oracle system and ensure all data is entered accurately.
  • Order screening. Ensure all process is aligned with Emerson policy and external regulations.
  • Create new sales orders, book and change orders. Creation of part number, PR & PO. Ensure accuracy in oracle transactions.
  • Communicate with intercompany factories and manage production and shipment schedule.
  • Provide Order Acknowledgement and update schedule to customer and salesperson regularly. Proactively update the dates in Oracle system.
  • Monitoring shipment schedule and providing required documents for customs clearance
  • Shipment / Delivery arrange, pick-slip generation and ensure AR invoice is generated in Oracle System.
  • Follow-up customer payment status or check customer's credit according to contract terms.
  • Responsible for Date Management (Overdue backlog, RDSL / PDSL), LCC update and Booking Service Level.
  • Invoicing to customers in a timely manner and follow-up overdue invoices. Prepare invoice documents including bank guarantee bonds.
  • Inventory and Backlog management
  • Support with customer's special issues and requirements
  • Create new customers and vendors in system (CVDH)
  • Sales adjustments
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
  • Support internal / external audits
  • Work with IT team or other team for Oracle System problem solution
  • Complete other jobs assigned by manager

  • Collaborates closely with Customer, Sales, Inside Sales Engineer, PMO, Finance, Logistics, Compliance, Procurement, Order entry team, Intercompany factories, IT and other stakeholders.
  • Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering muti mode communications that conveys a clear understanding


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science, Management, or other related fields
  • 2-5 years professional experience in order management or relevant field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Korean
  • Ability to set priority
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge in Oracle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
