Exercise Integrator

KBR is seeking an Exercise Integrator /Liaison Officer (LNO) for the Integrated Fires Directorate (IF-D), Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO M&S with duty within the 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC) G37 Training and Exercise Branch based on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. This exercise integrator develops and executes planning and coordination for the inclusion of PEO M&S equipment within exercises for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) forces across the Indo-Pacific Theater. The 94th AAMDC G37 serves as the chief exercise integrating node for all current and planned Upper Tier AMD assets within the theater of operations. While duty is physically located within the 94th AAMDC G3, the Exercise Integrator's primary responsibility remains to the IF-D and the whole of PEO-MS.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide information to various offices, organizations and installations within INDOPACOM geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Fires Directorate (IF-D) PEO-MS), other INDOPACOM organizations and units, and multiple country organizations on specific information, technology, demonstration requests, integration, and exercise employment of PEO M& S systems of record and test systems.
  • Forward based planner for PEO M&S system integration into Theater Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) for any assigned exercise, but with expected emphasis on the Australian based Talisman Saber. Exercise planning responsibilities include but not limited to:
    • Develop training objectives specific to PEO M&S systems in conjunction with exercise participants and staff stakeholders.
    • Draft and develop realistic threat scenarios, incorporating best-practice inputs from DoD and other agencies.
    • Coordinate and manage exercise development in conjunction with the DoD and theater service component planners and participants.
    • Assist in management of the exercise training information using identified exercise information management systems formerly known as JTIMS
    • Enhance the 94th AAMDC ability and capability to train on PEO M&S systems and prepare for a broad spectrum of threats from real and/or simulated adversaries.
    • Coordinate exercise criteria that will test and stress the command's training objectives while incorporating the newest fielded and prototype systems form PEO M&S.
    • Consolidate and draft Exercise Summary Reports (ESR) related to exercise objectives, training objectives, and future design modifications.
    • Coordinate and develop after action reports (AARs) that meet exercise requirements
  • Execute staff actions to support PEO M&S and the 94th AAMDC with respect to PEO M&S activities both in classified and unclassified means as applicable.
  • Assist with the 94th G37's mission analysis and task analyses to identify potential applicability for integration of PEO M&S systems and sub-systems, programs and products into applicable Exercises both within the Army Service Component Command (ASSC), US Army Pacific (USARPAC), and other Joint/Coalition commands as directed in applicable Command Relationships (COMREL)
  • Attendance at regional exercise meetings, events, and symposiums at which any PEO M&S capabilities are anticipated to be an area of interest as well, 94th AAMDC , USARPAC and to the Joint Force in relation to Joint exercises.
  • Provide routine (at least monthly) written updates to IF-D on exercises and activities.
  • Prepare and present classified briefings to PEO M&S leadership and stakeholders.
  • As needed, work off-cycle duty hours in order to attend critical Secure VTCs and briefings with key stakeholders and PEO M&S to mitigate time zone differences.
  • Prepare additional written products (reports, information papers and executive summaries) to shape and execute PEO MS priorities and positions.
  • Conduct Theater and international travel as required up to 50%
  • Comply with all USARPAC, 94th AAMDC and applicable US Army policies and instructions, attend all required training for permanent party personnel, and notify IF-D, PEO M&S leadership of any change in status.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Must have Valid Passport; must be prepared to travel up to 50% to multiple countries within the INDOPACOM AOR.
  • Must have JELC experience and preferred JCIDS familiarity.
  • Required Clearance - Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Desired:

  • Preferred past Army Uniformed Experience as a field grade officer specialty: Field Artillery (13A), Air Defense (14A), Space (FA40), Army Acquisition Officer (51C) or Army Force Management (50A)
  • Highly desired past Exercise Planning experience at 94th AAMDC, USARPAC, USFK , USFJ or INDOPACOM
  • Highly desired past Australia based Talisman Saber exercise experience
  • Preferred Joint Experience; Army additional Skill identifier of "3A" or "3L"
  • Preferred 5 years' recent experience (Uniformed or Civilian) in the INDOPACOM Theater
  • Preferred operational experience employing Army equipment, programs of record, and test systems

Basic Compensation:
  • $142,780 - 214,170k

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
