To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for the architectural engineering coordinator & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, food and various Industrial Plant and its processing area but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for the architectural engineering coordinator & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, food and various Industrial Plant and its processing area but not limited to:
- Architectural Engineering for Concept, Basic & Detailed design.
- Preparing and coordinating all technical drawings & documentations required for the execution of a project including but not limited to:
- Review and analysis of regulatory requirement.
- Site and infrastructure analysis.
- General architectural drawings.
- Site Master Planning / Building Section & Elevation Design.
- Basis of Design and Finish Schedule.
- Typical details, Finishes, Wall, Door and Window schedule.
- Technical specifications & Detail drawings & Review shop drawings.
- Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures.
- Project Coordination for Facility Design and Construction (Structure, Civil and MEP work).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 15 + years of experience.
- AutoCAD experience is must.
- Good hand-on skill with 3D Modeling tools such as Sketch Up, 3D Max Modeling, Revit, etc. and Additional Knowledge of 3D Design Software is added value.
- Thorough Knowledge of Korea and International Building Code and local legislative regulations.
- Interested in multi-cultural teamwork / Autonomous, discreet and organized.
- Fluent written and oral in English and Korean.
