We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership Activation Manager to lead the execution and optimization of our global partnership between AtkinsRéalis and Alpine Formula One team. This role is pivotal in bringing to life the AtkinsRéalis brand, in the presence in the world's most prestigious motorsport series, ensuring that all partnership opportunities and assets are maximized to deliver measurable value and unforgettable experiences.

Working days: 3 days' work from office.

Key Responsibilities:

Activation Strategy & Execution-

• Develop and implement comprehensive activation plans aligned with AtkinsRéalis' brand and business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of partnership rights, including branding, hospitality, digital content, and experiential marketing.
• Collaborate with Formula One's partnership teams to ensure seamless integration and execution.

Stakeholder Management-

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, communications, talent attraction, training & development, engineering teams, sustainability, etc.) and external partners (Formula One, agencies, vendors).
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to localize activations and ensure consistency across regions and markets.

Content & Campaign Development-

• Work with creative and content teams to produce compelling storytelling that highlights the partnership's innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.
• Oversee the development of internal, digital and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand tone and messaging.
• Management and distribution of photography and videography shoots, approvals and libraries.

Event & Hospitality Management-

• Lead planning and execution of on-site activations at Grand Prix events, including VIP hospitality and tickets, client engagement, and brand showcases.
• Ensure premium guest experiences that reflect the values and prestige of both AtkinsRéalis and Formula One.
• Work with Talent Attraction teams to mobilise recruitment events.
• Lead the delivery of all other associated events such as car launches, show car events, associated AtkinsRéalis office events.

Merchandise-

• Lead dual-branded merchandising process, platform, stock and distribution.
• Measurement & Reporting.
• Define KPIs and track performance of partnership activations.
• Deliver post-event and campaign reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
• Experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship activation, or brand management preferably in sports or motorsport.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact brand activations on a global scale.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for motorsport and a deep understanding of the Formula One ecosystem is a strong advantage.
