CPX is responsible for installing, commissioning and finally handover wind farms to the client.
The Bid Management Team is bridged between Sales and Execution phase, closely collaborating with the client and internal stakeholders to ensure competitive bids with a high-quality standard for complex projects.
The Bid Manager Construction (f/m/d) caters for complex Wind Turbine projects of Subregion Germany West or a Project portfolio. You will safeguard scope and installation strategy and bring it in line with contract, time schedule and budget - all aligned across stakeholders.

Your primary work location will be Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities
- Support sales and key account teams during negotiations and decision-making for frame agreements
- Plan project resources and milestones to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Manage project budgets, optimizing costs from the sales phase onward
- Monitor financials closely and maintain cost control until project handover
- Continuously improve project execution by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with Value Engineering
- Share best practices on cost, concepts, and contracts across teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate improvement initiatives in Bid Management while engaging in global projects related to the Sales Value Chain
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline
- Relevant experience in Bid Management or a similar field is required
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager (f/m/d) - in the CPX wind energy industry is beneficial
- Professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated contracts knowledge and effective negotiation skills
- Readiness to travel - around 30%
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, AI, MS Office
