This Position reports to:
Sales Support Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

Work model: onsite

  • Develops and implements solutions, product packages, and software applications with their team.
  • Identifies and cultivates new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking.
  • Understands customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicates the ability of ABB's solutions to address those needs.
  • Coordinates the product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of ABB's solutions.
  • Supports in preparing sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new businesses.
  • Keeps track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Supports the Application Sales Manager in preparing accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and other sales-related information.


Qualifications for the Role

  • B.Sc. or above degree preferably on electrical or automation.
  • > 5 years' working experience in the electrification products, better be familiar with eHouse products and system.More than 3 years' experience on engineering design, market/Sales development.
  • LV Switchgear or Digital application knowledge and experience is an advantage.
  • Channel development experience is an advantage.
  • Strong determination, perseverance, cross-cultural sensitivity.Very good sense of customer support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Has strong communication and presentation skill; Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.
  • Has the knowledge of developing new channel/distributor and OEM partner independently
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in mandarin and English.
  • Be Proactive, high level of self-motivation, self-starter
