This Position reports to:
Local Lead Manager Robotics (RA) Baltics

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through Global internship project. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

This is Global internship project to develop fresh Masters graduates to grow into future leaders who can manage teams and support business growth in a changing market.

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Vilnius.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Learn ABB Robotics & Discrete Automation technology and processes
• Communicates with customers to ensure a positive service experience
• Prepares materials and reports needed for the job and ensure all work is documented and approved
• Identifies improvement opportunities and shares them with the team to help enhance customer operations

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• You have recently graduated Master degree in any field of Engineering, Science or Management
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in customer support, management or engineering
• You are eager to learn and demonstrates strategical mindset
• You are passionate about problem-solving, communication and teamwork
• You are at ease communicating in Lithuanian and English
