Position: Summer Temp - Document Generation Platform Conversion
Duration: July 7, 2025 - August 22, 2025
Location: Remote, but home based in Michigan and is able to come into Troy, MI office as needed.

We are seeking a motivated summer temp currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science to support our transition from a legacy Document Generation platform to our strategic platform, SmartComm. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in document automation and enterprise technology migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing document templates from the legacy platform
• Convert templates to the required SmartComm format
• Load and configure templates within the SmartComm platform
• Map and validate data fields to ensure accurate document generation
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the conversion process

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science degree program
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with PDF generation tools
• Ability and willingness to learn and be trained on the SmartComm platform
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Work Schedule

• Remote position with the ability to come to the Troy, MI office as needed.
• Minimum of 35 hours per week
• $18 per hour
