About the opportunity

At ABB Brazil, you will have the chance to start your career at a global technology company, working in the Motion engineering area. As an intern, you will support projects across various industrial segments, focusing on electric motors and frequency inverters, always aligned with quality standards, safety requirements, and technical compliance.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services in the Motion area.
• Gain hands-on experience to complement your academic studies and enhance your career prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to effective coordination and successful project completion within deadlines.
• Understand customer needs and apply ABB solutions to deliver efficient, requirement-aligned outcomes.
• Communicate with business areas to learn existing processes and propose improvements.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative initiatives.
• Continuously seek feedback from managers and colleagues to grow professionally.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Electrical, Electronic, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields (from the 4th semester onwards).
• Interest in working with electric motors, frequency inverters, and automation solutions.
• Strong communication skills, proactiveness, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Advanced English is highly desirable.
