An exciting opportunity has become available at Vestas for an individual experienced in System Support to join our amazing team working from our Lyndhurst warehouse.

You'll collaborate with colleagues both locally and internationally in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. Flexibility and strong task prioritization skills are essential as we constantly adjust workloads.

Responsibilities:
  • System Optimization: Support SAP systems and other warehouse features, focusing on continuous improvement
  • Warehouse Optimization: Define, scope, test, and implement optimization projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Documentation: Create SAP instructions and training materials, ensuring users are proficient with the system
  • LEAN Principles: Apply LEAN principles to streamline system processes and improve efficiency
  • User Training: Conduct regular training sessions to ensure users are proficient with SAP and other systems, enhancing productivity
  • Warehouse SAP Super User - focal point for leading and training new employees within SAP, and providing SAP guidance in general
  • Warehouse SAP representative for new developments / system updates and roll-outs
  • Create and follow up on IT tickets in Service Now


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in logistics/warehouse roles
  • Super user level knowledge of SAP
  • Super user-level knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Understanding of LEAN principles
