Ausbildung Industriekaufmann/frau (m/w/d) 2026

ABB
At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner. Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world. As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen. It won't always be easy, growing takes grit. But at ABB, you'll never run alone. Run what runs the world.
This Position reports to:
Technical Training Manager
What We Offer During and After Your Apprenticeship:
The apprenticeship program for Industrial Clerks (Industriekaufmann/-frau) lasts three years.
You will begin with an introductory event where you'll learn essential methods for a successful start and have the chance to meet other apprentices and key ABB contacts.
Your apprenticeship alternates regularly between theoretical lessons at vocational school and hands-on training at one of ABB's modern training centers.
At vocational school, you will acquire fundamental knowledge in languages, IT, and business administration.
During the practical phases, you will apply and deepen your knowledge by working on real-life tasks, taking part in self-managed projects, or supporting various commercial departments.
After completing your apprenticeship, potential areas of employment at ABB include Controlling, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Production Planning, or Logistics - with a wide variety of career opportunities.
This apprenticeship provides a strong foundation for your future professional and personal development.
What You Bring to the Table:
A secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife), entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife), or a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), with good grades in Mathematics, German, English, and business-related subjects, is the ideal foundation for a successful apprenticeship.
You enjoy commercial topics, are curious and eager to solve complex questions, and quickly familiarize yourself with new software.
You take responsibility, are dedicated to your goals, and work independently with a high level of initiative.
If you also bring perseverance, team spirit, and strong communication skills, we are the perfect training partner for you.
What Else You Can Expect:
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll have a training contract with ABB, receive a monthly apprenticeship salary, and enjoy additional benefits.
A dedicated team will support and advise you throughout your entire training journey.
From the start, you'll be connected with other apprentices and colleagues through various networking events.
In addition to your formal training, you can expand your language and personal skills through supplementary programs.
At ABB, apprenticeship and collaboration are defined by openness, respect, and teamwork.
