On behalf of our client, TWS is currently searching for a full-time temporary Learning Specialist on a fixed-term basis, reporting directly to the Learning & Development Operations Manager- Americas to join the team based in Houston, TX.
About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to provide general support to the Learning Operations department for the Americas region in the Houston Operating Center.

About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to provide general support to the Learning Operations department for the Americas region in the Houston Operating Center.
- Executes the learning plan to deliver upskilling and reskilling
- Delivers end-to-end learning and development logistics management for Technip Energies (T.EN) University events
- Evaluates learning effectiveness to continually seek ways in improving developmental trainings
- Works with internal facilitators and external learning suppliers, monitoring service levels and giving timely feedback
- Reports on achievement of delivery of the learning plan
- Monitors training costs against agreed upon department business line budgets
- Manages learning activity on the e-learning platforms
- Learning coordination with HR, Employees, Department Managers, Internal Facilitators, and external learning suppliers.
About You:

- Bachelor's degree (preference in Instructional Design or Learning & Development)
- At least 5 years' proven experience preferably within a global workforce in the energy industry.
- Working knowledge implementing and evaluating e-learning modules
- Proficiency using Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone)
- Proactive approach to problem resolution and assisting others.
- Strong commitment to quality, organization and attention to details.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast pace or deadline driven environment.
Experiences in: Learning Management Systems, Training Logistics and Learning evaluations.
Languages: Fluency in English
