Position Summary
The Director, Lead Generation at Empower Pharmacy spearheads the development of a high-performance, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled demand-generation engine that fuels business expansion by connecting healthcare professionals, institutions, and partners with Empower's life-changing solutions. This leader blends data-driven strategy, predictive analytics, and omnichannel engagement to elevate lead quality, shorten sales cycles, and accelerate revenue growth. By championing collaboration across sales, marketing, analytics, and technology, the Director ensures Empower continues to advance its mission of expanding access to quality, affordable medication.
Duties and Responsibilities
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

By championing collaboration across sales, marketing, analytics, and technology, the Director ensures Empower continues to advance its mission of expanding access to quality, affordable medication.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Architects and leads the development of Empower's AI-enabled lead generation engine, ensuring scalability, agility, and alignment with business development and revenue acceleration goals.
- Orchestrates multi-channel, data-driven campaigns that engage healthcare professionals, institutions, and partners through digital, outbound, referral, and event-based channels-amplifying Empower's reach and accelerating pipeline velocity.
- Advances lead qualification and prioritization strategies by integrating real-time analytics, machine learning models, and account intelligence to improve targeting precision and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Product teams to align demand generation initiatives with go-to-market strategies and customer engagement roadmaps.
- Standardizes performance measurement frameworks across campaigns, pipelines, and team workflows-delivering robust reporting, dashboards, and insights that support continuous optimization and executive-level visibility.
- Leads and inspires a high-performing team by setting a clear vision, establishing key performance indicators, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.
- Serves as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership by identifying growth opportunities, emerging trends, and scalable best practices in lead generation to support Empower's long-term mission.

- Demonstrated success collaborating with sales, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to align lead-generation initiatives with corporate objectives and key performance indicators; requires up to 10 percent travel to attend industry events and engage with internal stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms, marketing-automation tools, and advanced analytics technologies, with proven ability to optimize customer acquisition through AI-enabled technology.
