The Opportunity: Lead Generation Representative

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional looking to establish a foundational career within a well-established and rapidly growing firm. As a Lead Generation Representative, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our sales pipeline by strategically qualifying new and renewal prospects.

Working with provided, streamlined leads, your daily contributions will directly enable our sales team to maintain a robust and high-quality pipeline. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong commitment to client engagement and a passion for contributing to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities & Skill Sets:
  • Strategic Outreach & Engagement: Manage high-volume outbound calls and SMS communications to effectively engage prospective clients, nurturing initial interest and ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities for the sales team.
  • Consultative Prospect Qualification: Employ a discerning approach to identify and qualify leads, assessing their specific needs, challenges, and alignment with our advisory services. Your ability to understand client scenarios will be critical.
  • CRM Optimization & Data Integrity: Maintain meticulously accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity that supports strategic decision-making and efficient sales operations.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to continuously refine lead generation methodologies, optimize strategies, and enhance overall departmental performance.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume professional communications while maintaining quality and focus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and comprehensive computer skills, with a strong aptitude for CRM systems.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate value propositions and rapidly build rapport with diverse clients over the phone.
  • A resilient and positive attitude, adept at addressing client objections effectively and professionally.
  • A strong inclination for team collaboration and a commitment to continuous professional development through training and mentorship.
  • Capacity for autonomous work, with strong organizational skills and a track record of effectively managing time to consistently achieve targets.
