Your Role and Responsibilities

-Be responsible for the data organization and raw data cleaning of the contract management platform

-Be responsible for the template and policy organization of the shared information platform, as well as the optimization of the platform interface

-Be responsible for the organization and archiving of the sales/procurement framework agreements

-Assist colleagues or managers within the department with other tasks assigned.

Qualifications for the Role

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in law, economics, business, statistics, data analysis or related fields is preferred; Fresh graduates of the classes of 2026 and 2027

2. Be on duty for more than 3 days a week and have an internship period of about 2 months

3.Mastering Microsoft Power BI/Power Pivot is preferred

4.Excellent communication and teamwork skills

5.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
