In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Emerson has an excellent role for you! We are looking for an Application Engineer to work with you. Lead and develop the Nuclear Application Team to support China nuclear business growth, both project and KOB3. Work standardization by developing working procedure and process.

• Manage Nuclear Application team daily, report to China Nuclear Sales Management, supervise critical metrics for timely quote submissions, accurate orders, and effective technical solutions.
• People hiring and development, dedicated process and procedures development for work standardization and compliance
• Quotation rules set up and implement for nuclear, maintain and upkeep price databases for non-standard and buyout products.
• Work with engineering team to provide technical support to Local Business Partner/customers/Sales, solution generated by support LBP/Sales on site issues solving
• Collaborate with internal departments to define and ensure efficient workflow for AE team responsibilities
• Work by collaborating with LBP for inquiries, order entry, and technical support, managing the LBP AE team, and conducting performance reviews
• Regular meetings with distributed team to ensure consistent rules are implemented within the China team
• Works with LBPs OE/AE/OA and internal departments to enter orders into system
• Responsible for the monthly quotation log and vital sales administration reports.
• Provide product, solutions and sales tools training to Sales and LBPs.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience. Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Working experience in nuclear industry or process control industry is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years team management experience.
• Must have good people, communication, and business skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientated a must.
• Ability to prioritize and manage and schedule work required.
• Able to work in working in multicultural /International Environment, English is required.
• Awareness of occupational health and safety.
