Evaluate customer inquiries and specifications to determine the appropriate material and design for the application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during project development, design, and installation. Lead a multi-location team of civil structural engineers in Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) and Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS) projects, studies or product development. Develop, review, and ensure proposals contain clearly defined material, equipment, and delivery information. Manage and develop a team of civil structural engineers by sharing your technical experience, providing company and individual training opportunities, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned. Bachelor's degree in civil structural engineering, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil Structural Engineering with a proven track record of delivering on commitments and managing engineering teams. Proficient with various civil structural analysis software Knowledgeable in IECC, ASCE, and other international codes and standards pertaining to civil structural engineering. Works independently applying advance engineering techniques and analysis. Strong technical knowledge in Civil Structural Engineering principles, processes, methods, and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams. Meticulous attention to detail in design, testing, and documentation processes. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A self-starter that demonstrates a positive outlook and contributes to working in multicultural and multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.
