Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.
• Prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
• Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
• Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
• A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent.
• Provides informal guidance to new team members.
• Ownership of FLIGHT DECK application and sustainment within span of control

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
• Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing experience

The salary range for this position is $ 83,800.00 - 112,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on August 01, 2025.
