Your Role: Own the Challenge /Take on the Journey
- You will conduct market analysis and listen to customer needs to explore the possibility of expansion for existing customers.
- We expect you to develop your own strategy and develop new customers, such as proposing successful products to other companies in the same industry as our customers.
- We also expect you to explore and approach industries and companies that may have expansion opportunities but are not handled by the New Business Development Team.
- └ The New Business Development Team will focus on the hottest industries (data centers, semiconductors, etc.)
- You will be responsible for a scale of 500 million yen per year.
- Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.
What i t t akes to R un w hat r uns the w orld
- University graduate or above
- Knowledge of the electrical appliance business
- At least 5 years of experience as a sales specialist
- *New or existing, but rather than just performing routine tasks, we are looking for experience in thinking strategically and approaching and expanding.
- 【Japanese】JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
- 【English】Reading and writing are essential, conversation skills must be improved
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
