Your Role: Own the Challenge /Take on the Journey

• You will be responsible for after-sales service to existing customers who use all products (except EV chargers) handled by the EL Business Division.

• We expect you to work with our members to follow up with customers and build and maintain relationships

• Handover to the project management team once the project is awarded.

• Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.

• Technical college graduate or higher
• Experience in service sales or experience and knowledge in the field of heavy electric machinery

• Knowledge of the electrical products business

• Experience communicating with Japanese industrial customers
• Proficient user of MS Office
• 【Japanese】 N1 level or above in Japanese language
• 【English】 Reading and writing must, simple English conversation

• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
