The T700 / T408 turboshaft engine Military Field Service Representative will provide on-site support to Sikorsky in Stratford, CT and GE acting as a liaison supporting aircraft production at Sikorsky on a variety of helicopters. The FSR will provide on-site technical assistance to airframer and military organizations meeting both business and contractual objectives. Additionally, while acting as a liaison between the GE factory and the customer, the FSR will support the operation, management, repair, installation, and maintenance of their assigned propulsion system products.

Role Overview:
As a Field Service Representative, you will act as the single point of contact for customers, providing timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns related to the installation, maintenance, repair, and management of T700 and T408 engines. This full-time role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong customer interaction skills, and the ability to ensure production schedules are met. You will work on-site at airframer locations and play a critical role in supporting GE Aerospace's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

The base pay range for this position is $ 112,600.00 - 149,900.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 18th, 2025.

- Serve as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of concerns related to T700 and T408 engines.
- Establish and maintain on-site contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of engine installation, operation, and troubleshooting to help customers quickly resolve issues and maintain production schedules.
- Execute contract deliverables, including engine deliveries to customers and returns to the factory when required.
- Propose solutions outside of set parameters to address complex maintenance and troubleshooting processes.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and lead small projects with low risk and resource requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce to report benefits provided to customers and track customer interactions.
- Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues while fostering consensus among team members.
The Ideal Candidate:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a field service/maintenance position as a Military Field Service Representative).
- Minimum of 3 years of field maintenance, modification, and repair experience on jet propulsion systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on turboshaft engine maintenance experience.
- Experience with T700/T408 engines at organizational, intermediate maintenance levels, and flight line troubleshooting.
- Strong personal customer interaction and communication skills.
- Proven analytical and quality improvement abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in repair troubleshooting, shop operations, and testing of assigned programs/hardware.
- Project management experience.
- FAA Powerplant license.
- Ability to work independently with technical guidance to perform work requirements.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence customers and peers.
- Knowledge of the learning process and ability to transfer technical knowledge to less qualified personnel.
