This role will work as a part of a team to provide proactive supports to sales and customers. You will continually work to stay current on Flow products, applications, and industries.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Provide presales technical support to internal and external customers.
• Skillfully use CCT tools to generate formal quotations.
• Maintain proficient response to customer requests.
• Contribute to frequent communications with internal and external customers.
• Perform technical review of customer order to ensure clean order submitted.
• High performance on multiple support to customers and team co-operation.

You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.
For This Role, You Will Need:
• Degree in Automation or Instrument or non-technical degree with 3 years related experience.
• Capable of fluent communication with customers.
• Skillful with office software, such as Word, Excel etc.
• At least CET-4.
• Good reading and written communication skills in English.
• Occupational Health and safety acumen.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Automation Instrument sales support.
• Experience with Automation Instrument Design Institute
• Capable of programming with Microsoft Visual Basic.
• Good reading and written communication skills in other languages
