Role Overview:
As the F414 Lead Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating order management, directing supply chain output, and fulfilling customer requisitions. This role is on-site and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time material delivery while managing costs within program budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate order management by processing order intake, inputting data into internal systems (AMPS), and managing material forecasts specific to the PBL contract.
  • Collaborate with the PBL Program Manager and forecasting team to align demand/supply forecasts based on customer demand trends.
  • Drive critical part delivery and allocation calls by working closely with fulfillment, supply chain, and manufacturing programs to ensure stock availability for customer requisitions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution, while communicating deliverables such as Get Well plans and Line of Balances.
  • Run daily management with the PBL team, tracking performance to KPIs, identifying misses, and facilitating structured problem-solving initiatives (JDI, APPS, PSR).
  • Oversee a small team of contractors assisting with requisition fulfillment, customer reports, and escalations related to shipping and receiving.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR 3 years of industry or related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supply chain experience in one or more of the following areas: manufacturing, manufacturing programs, planning or fulfillment, sourcing.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with direct customer interaction and aerospace suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Oracle-based ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with GE Flight Deck and/or lean principles.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

  • Physical requirements may include working in a manufacturing environment.


The base pay range for this position is $107,900-143,600.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 25th, 2025
