Sales Director North America Biofuels
Main Functions

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our commercial efforts in this dynamic and evolving market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives across the U.S.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the biofuels sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with company goals
  • Provide technical insights and solutions to customers in a complex, evolving industry
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Preparing and achieving the sales budget defined for the year for that market

Technical skills

Required
  • A Business degree (Business Administration, Marketing or related) and/or a Technical Degree (Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related Engineering degree)
  • 12 years or more of experience, at least 7 of them being in the biofuels sales, energy, or industrial biotech sectors
  • Deep understanding of fermentation processes and biofuels technologies
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 apps and statistical software
