We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support our busy service department in Fenton, MO. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is very dependable and organized.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer needs
• Enter and track service requests using dispatch software
• Assign and dispatch work orders to field technicians
• Communicate through multiple online service portals
• Assist with preliminary billing and weekly payroll processing
• Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3+ years of customer service or dispatch experience preferred
• Strong multitasking, communication, and computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to learn internal software
• Construction or mechanical service industry experience is a plus
