Needs to activate Client program management in collaboration with the Strategy Management office and to carry out program management role through end to end program management support that will ensure formal confirmation of program creation, delivery and execution of respective projects, and ensuring successful closure of all program components.

Deliver Client Programs at All Phases:
  • Program Definition and Planning: Establish clear objectives, scope, and timelines.
  • Program Delivery and Monitoring: Ensure continuous oversight and adjustments as needed.
  • Program Closure: Confirm all deliverables are met and formally close the program.

Provide:
  • Adherence to Client Project Management Methodology: Follow established processes and standards.
  • Management of EPMO Reporting and Performance Dashboard: Keep track of project progress and performance metrics.
  • Support for Client Project Management System (PMS): Assist users with the dashboard and EPM tools.
  • Conduct Awareness Sessions and Manage Change Resistance: Educate stakeholders and address any resistance to changes.
  • Quality Assurance of Deliverables and Stage Gate Review: Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards.
  • Capability Support Services:
  • Support for New Project Managers: Help new staff integrate and understand their roles.
  • Assistance for Client Business Owners: Provide guidance and support to business owners.
  • Support for Other Stakeholders and Staff: Offer help as needed to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.

Mandatory Skills/Experience Required:

Compensation & Benefits Framework Development:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct a market analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
  • Define Compensation Structure: Establish salary bands and compensation levels for different roles within the organization.
  • Develop Benefits Package: Create a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Approval and Implementation: Obtain approval from the board and implement the compensation and benefits framework.
  • Communication and Training: Communicate the new framework to all employees and provide training on how it works.

Organizational Structure Cascading and Activation:
  • Review Current Structure: Assess the existing organizational structure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design New Structure: Develop a new organizational structure that aligns with the entity's strategic goals and operational needs.
  • Cascading the Structure: Communicate the new structure to all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities.
  • Activation and Implementation: Implement the new structure, making necessary adjustments to job descriptions and reporting lines.
  • Monitoring and Adjustment: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the new structure and make adjustments as needed.
