We are seeking a strategic UI/UX Design Leader to shape the user experience vision for cutting-edge AI/ML products that drive intelligent decision-making, productivity, and seamless digital experiences. In partnership with a globally recognized leader in AI product transformation, this role focuses on designing enterprise-grade, scalable AI solutions that serve diverse industries and use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive UX Strategy for AI/ML Products: Lead the design direction for a portfolio of AI/ML solutions that powers our AI transformation initiatives. Focus areas include intelligent experiences, data-driven insights, and workflow automation.
• Champion Design Thinking: Apply design thinking principles to reimagine how users engage with AI-emphasizing clarity, empathy, and value at every interaction.
• Architect Scalable Experiences: Create modular, reusable design systems that unify AI tools across a global digital platform. Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance in complex enterprise contexts.
• Collaborate Across Domains: Work closely with AI product leaders, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate product vision into elegant, user-first experiences.
• Lead and Influence: Provide UX leadership across cross-functional teams. Mentor designers and advocate for design excellence within agile product organizations.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in UI/UX design, with proven success in leading design for enterprise or AI-driven products.
• Deep fluency in Design Thinking, interaction design, and human-centered methodologies.
• Portfolio showcasing design leadership on complex, data-intensive applications.
• Expert in Figma and modern design toolkits.
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML product teams or working on digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred:

• Background in AI/ML platform or product design.
• Familiarity with enterprise software design patterns.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive and cross-functional engagement.
