Job Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to fuel our growth engine by creating and executing high-impact campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline for our BDR and sales teams. You'll own key parts of the marketing funnel leveraging events, digital channels, and nurture programs to move prospects through the buyer's journey.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, and RevOps to align marketing strategy with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Own and execute demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and revenue-generating opportunities
- Design and manage multi-touch campaigns across digital, email, paid media, and events, aligned to stages of the buyer journey
- Develop and optimize lead nurture workflows to engage prospects and accelerate conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, and RevOps to align efforts and improve funnel efficiency.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, delivering insights that drive continuous improvement and ROI
- Support field and virtual events, webinars, and conferences to drive awareness and pipeline
Required Qualifications and experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital campaign management
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and lead lifecycle strategies
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g, Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
- Experience working closely with sales and revenue teams
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
