The ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy projects and a strong background in construction management. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects at the Renewable Energy Construction Site Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion Supervise construction crews and subcontractors to maintain high quality workmanship Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction management Experience in renewable energy projects, such as solar or wind farms Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
