Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality reports, presentations and other documentation for external use and publication.
- To work on several individual projects concurrently and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
- Adherence to AtkinsRéalis BMS and Procedures.
- To work as part of an integrated building and design team and co-ordinate with other design disciplines.
Requirements:
Technical Competencies:
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven graphic design experience with a minimum of 6-8 years and ideally within a multi-disciplinary design and engineering consultancy environment.
- Significant expertise and experience using major graphic design tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional flair for typography, layout design, colour harmony, and visual storytelling, paired with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English. Ability to speak and write in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to produce high quality, creative and attractive reports and presentations, using InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to produce engaging diagrams/infographics and other high-quality visuals to communicate complex concepts.
- Must have appreciation of the work of other disciplines.
- Must be able to learn and retain new skills quickly from a variety of sources.
Desirable:
- Proficiency in SketchUp, the Autodesk suite, and other relevant software is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to generate maps, plans and illustrations using Illustrator and/or Photoshop is an asset but not essential.
- Branding and visual identity experience is a plus.
- Exposure to multi-disciplinary consultancy environment within GCC region.
