AtkinsRéalis one of the world's leading providers of engineering professional consulting and support services with offices across Ireland.
Join us and be part of our leadership team in Complex Infrastructure, collaborating across some of the largest and most challenging projects in the UK&I within Nuclear, Aviation, Defence, Water, Transportation, Power & Renewables sectors. We have huge ambitions to grow our Project and Programme Management (PPM) capability in the Republic of Ireland (RoI). Our Practice Director for the RoI team will drive our growth mission in Dublin, working with stakeholders in the wider AtkinsRéalis Ireland business.

Your Purpose:
- Provide leadership to our leadership team in Ireland.
- Collaborating with our Market/Win Work leadership team to generate and source opportunities across our sectors.
- Working closely with our Practice Leadership team to drive high levels of staff engagement e.g. through VoX.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for team management including maintaining high level of retention, engagement and satisfaction.
- Responsible for the quality of our service delivery and exceptional client experience.
- Responsible for resource management including talent attraction, development and progression.
- Using client feedback as a tool to identify areas of development and talent management.
- Responsible for continual improvement and innovation in our service offering.
- Responsible for enhancing our brand reputation in the industry through industry engagement, (e.g., thought leadership, industry events, client round-table sessions).
- Responsibility for strengthening relationship professional institutions on behalf of our team.
