This position is intended to drive sales for all kind of business plant spares, Brown field projects and green field projects and penetrate the relevant customers across Saudi!
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Account management. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with account partners, ensuring high levels of customer happiness and loyalty. Develop and implement account plans to acquire accounts, identify product white spaces, create demand and identify green-or brownfield project opportunities.
- Customer engagement. Map key partners within customer organizations, understand their roles, responsibilities, and influence, and build relationships between them and the various Emerson sales personas.
- Needs assessment. Conduct thorough needs assessments in collaboration with BDMs to identify customer pains, problems, and challenges that our products or solutions can address. Understand the customer's business drivers and process/operational environment.
- Solution presentation. Present and differentiate tailored solutions to team members, demonstrating how our products can meet their specific needs and tackle their problems.
- Identification and pursuit of opportunities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts from lead to PO, focusing on growing the potential of our product portfolio, including filling whitespace and generate new demand for our products and services.
- Collaboration. Work closely with support team, BDMs and specialists to ensure high quality customer conversations and solution and services development. Assign ownership of complex or long lead pursuit to Solutions BDM or project pursuit leaders. Support and guide BDMs in reaching the necessary decision makers in the customer's organization.
- Price. Realize price through using the portfolio creating customer value. Define account strategies balancing price and volume.
- Market Insights. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
- Reporting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities, opportunities, product life cycle management and sales forecasts in CRM or otherwise sales tech systems.
- Orders Forecasting. Monthly orders forecast including getting clean order from customer and work with Customer Care take to book it.
- Collaborate with and support with wider Saudi Team, work closely with Emerson & LBP, proposal generation team to ensure all offers reflect customer needs, competitively priced and are submitted on time. All proposals, leads, opportunities are in CRM with updated customers data.
- Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and country marketing plans
- Work closely with other Emerson Business Units to improve pull-through content and identify white spaces
- Ensure adherence to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices

For this job, you will need:
- Engineering degree or relevant work experience
- A minimum of 10 years' experience within the process control industry, preferably in Metal & Mining

- Track record of business growth in the relevant industries
- Minimum of 5 years interactive relationship with end users
- Coordination and negotiation skills
- Business degree is an advantage
