The Asset & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of assets and materials inventory, providing status information on current orders and compiling documentation of available materials.

The Asset & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of assets and materials inventory, providing status information on current orders and compiling documentation of available materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations
- Ensure accurate inventory through timely transaction processing.
- Run monthly inventory report, reconcile discrepancies in inventory and notify supervisor of irregularities.
- Reviews Inventory 'Shipped not received' report following up with any queries.
- Assist with reviewing Inventory in excess reports, collaborating with PL managers.
- Compile information on inventory receipts, disbursements, balances, and costs.
- Dispose and reclassify assets accurately.
- Maintain parent/child asset relationships.
- Run daily cycle count reports and explain variances.
- Prepare and participate in yearly asset counts.
Safety, Security & Compliance
- Maintain highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.
- Comply with company's Security, Compliance & HSE policies.
- Prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security and Environmental protection.
- Seek continuous improvement in HSSE practices.
Quality
- Maintain familiarity with company's Quality policies.
- Actively participate in compliance and improvement of Management System.
- Communication & Financial Responsibility.
- Maintain effective communications with all stakeholders.
- Practice financial responsibility in all aspects of the role.
Required Experience:
- 2-3+ years general inventory experience.
- Oil and gas or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent English language skills - written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Collaborative work style.
- Strong attention to detail.
