  • Train internal teams on system usage, Jira best practices, plug-in features, and process efficiency
  • Manage user provisioning, product access, and org-level settings across Atlassian Cloud environments
  • Configure Atlassian Access including SSO integration, shadow IT monitoring, and domain verification
  • Use admin APIs and application tunnels to deliver secure, hybrid integrations across systems
  • Maintain and enhance system documentation, SOPs, and training guides
  • Drive continuous improvement of both on-prem and cloud environments based on usage data, feedback, and governance practices
  • Partner with stakeholders to guide platform strategy, influence roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence Data Center in enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration, including shell scripting and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Strong PostgreSQL skills including configuration, optimization, and SQL query development
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Rancher, and Helm for container orchestration
  • Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring/observability platforms
  • Experience with Jira Assets (Insight) for asset tracking, import configuration, and CMDB management
  • Ability to create documentation and training resources that scale administrative knowledge and platform use
  • Experience with Atlassian Access, including SSO setup and domain verification
  • Familiarity with Atlassian admin APIs and secure tunnel configurations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across technical and business functions
