JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will be located at our Houston-Cypress Station Office Building and report directly to the VP of Quality for Fiber Glass Systems.

JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Database and AI Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining digital solutions that support document control, quality data analysis, and knowledge access across the organization. This role will lead the integration of artificial intelligence tools with quality management systems, develop SharePoint environments, and ensure all digital documentation aligns with quality and regulatory requirements. A strong understanding of data systems, AI technologies, document control standards, and user-centered design is essential.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain centralized SharePoint environments for document access, workflows, and quality system integration.
• Lead the creation and upkeep of a quality documentation database and version-controlled archive.
• Build, train, and maintain an internal AI assistant (chatbot or agent) that surfaces documentation and quality data to end users.
• Interface with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure documentation reflects accurate and auditable quality procedures.
• Integrate structured (e.g., ERP, LIMS) and unstructured data (e.g., PDFs, SOPs) into AI-accessible repositories.
• Implement AI-driven search, summarization, and Q&A capabilities based on internal documentation.
• Establish access controls, backup protocols, and security practices for digital assets.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to comply with enterprise data policies.
• Provide support, training, and documentation to end users of AI tools and SharePoint sites.
• Monitor system usage, conduct audits, and refine functionality based on user feedback.
• Ensure the AI agent remains up-to-date with the latest documentation and organizational changes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or certifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Quality Management, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years' experience in digital quality systems, document control, or AI/SharePoint development roles.
• Demonstrated experience with SharePoint development and administration.
• Hands-on experience integrating and deploying AI agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, semantic search tools).
• Experience in quality systems (ISO 9001, API Q1/Q2) preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, especially SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as LangChain, vector databases, and OpenAI integrations.
• Understanding of document control principles and quality system requirements.
• Ability to work across departments, balancing technical depth with user experience needs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
