En iPS Powerful People, una compañía global líder en la industria del Oil & Gas, estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Asistente de Nómina para unirse al equipo corporativo en la Ciudad de México.

Function description

Como Asistente de Nómina serás responsable de:

• Verificar la información proporcionada por otros departamentos, garantizando su validez antes de ser procesada.
• Capturar incidencias en el sistema de nómina, incluyendo altas, bajas, incapacidades y modificaciones salariales.
• Calcular finiquitos y/o liquidaciones, conforme a la normativa vigente y políticas internas.
• Elaborar la prenómina, asegurando la correcta integración de todos los movimientos e incidencias.
• Realizar provisiones de IMSS relacionadas con finiquitos.
• Timbrar la nómina quincenal y realizar la descarga correspondiente de los CFDI.
• Solicitar y dar seguimiento a los CFDI emitidos por INFONAVIT, IMSS e ISN.
• Brindar apoyo en tareas administrativas propias del área de nómina y recursos humanos.

Requirements

Que es lo que estamos buscando:

• Escolaridad: Estudiante o recién egresado(a) de las carreras de Contabilidad, Administración o afines.
• Nociones básicas de procesos de nómina.
• Excel a nivel intermedio-avanzado, incluyen fórmulas, filtros y gráficos.
• Familiaridad con el manejo de bases de datos.
• Ingles basico-intermedio

Experiencia: No indispensable. Se valorará experiencia previa en áreas de nómina o manejo de Excel en entornos administrativos.

Formación complementaria deseable:

• Conocimientos generales de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.
• Familiaridad con la Ley del IMSS.
• Nociones sobre reformas fiscales, CFDI y contabilidad electrónica.
