We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Materials Finance team. This role offers a unique hands-on opportunity to partner cross-functionally with our Materials Operating team by supporting expense management, contributing to financial close processes, and enhancing our forecasting and planning capabilities-all while gaining valuable experience in Supply Chain finance.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Execute finance activities, planning / pacing, and closing activities:
    • Ensure expenses are accurate, including partnering with Controllership where necessary
    • Provide variance explanations on financial and operational drivers of variances for close reviews
    • Lead forecasting activities, and analyze operational trends with focus on resulting financial impacts
    • Lead long-range financial planning for Materials organization
    • Provide finance leadership to Materials CFO and Operating team on month end, weekly and daily reporting on as needed basis.
    • Integrate operational KPI's into reporting to help articulate results and trends
  • Partner with the Materials team to identify opportunities for operational cost reduction continuous improvement using flight deck fundamentals
  • Support Materials Operations team with ad hoc requests, including SSS approvals, financial data requests, etc.
  • Partner across Supply Chain Finance to evolve reporting capabilities for both Materials and Supply Chain Finance
  • Lead annual FPRP process for Materials team
  • Develop standard work and continuous improvement projects, as well as build-out of SOP's, related to close and planning activities
  • May lead small projects to support Materials priorities / initiatives.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 2-3 years of professional experience
