We are seeking a Benefits Analyst - Retirement Programs to join our Total Rewards team. This is a hybrid position that can be based out of our following locations Tampa, Orlando or Miami, FL or any other location where there is an AtkinsRealis office in the US.

The Benefits Analyst - Retirement Programs will lead and support our retirement and savings programs across multiple regions. This role combines hands-on administration with strategic initiatives, helping ensure our plans are competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs. You'll also play a key role in integrating benefits during mergers and acquisitions.

This role will partner closely with People Services Capability Center teams (including Payroll), Third-Party Vendors, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Manage retirement plan updates, vendor integrations, and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, and other regulations.
• Lead audits, filings (e.g., Form 5500), and nondiscrimination testing.
• Respond to employee questions and resolve complex benefit issues.
• Deliver retirement education and training to HR teams and employees.
• Monitor plan performance, investment options, and fees.
• Support M&A activities, including plan harmonization and onboarding.
• Oversee reporting and data accuracy for 401(k), 409(a), and ESPP plans.
• Manage enrollments and monthly updates for savings plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants to ensure service quality.
• Contribute to special projects like financial modeling and benefit communications.
• Assist with broader benefits initiatives, including open enrollment and employee communications.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in retirement and benefits administration.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of retirement regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms.
• Experience with Workday and ADP nice to have.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese nice to have.
• Experience in a multi-regional or global organization is nice to have.
• Proactive and results driven.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
• Collaborative and solution oriented.

Expected compensation range is between $75,000 - $95,000 annually depending on skills, and geographical location.
