Job Description
North America is our fastest-growing region at Sage, and we're hiring two Performance (Demand Gen) Marketing Managers (individual contributors) to support that momentum. In this role, you'll own the execution, management, and performance of targeted, multi-channel campaigns for Sage Intacct in the U.S. market - focused on either our Not-for-Profit & Healthcare verticals or our General Business vertical.

This is a hands-on campaign management role where you'll work closely with Senior Performance Marketing Managers, Product Marketing, Creative Production, Content/Copywriters, and Sales to deliver integrated campaigns that perform across the funnel. You'll be responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery - from planning to launch to reporting - and measured on how your efforts contribute to pipeline growth through data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in B2B performance or growth marketing.
• You've managed B2B multi-channel campaigns and can clearly speak to how they've driven leads through the funnel - from initial capture to MQL and SQO.
• You've worked toward MQL and SQO targets and understand how campaign performance connects to pipeline and revenue.
• You have hands-on experience with key B2B demand channels (e.g. paid search, SEO, email, and content syndication)
• Proficient in Salesforce and PowerBI (or similar tools) for campaign tracking and performance reporting.
• Known for your effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams.
• You have a proactive approach to solving challenges and optimizing performance without an ego-you're focused on getting things done and driving results.

• Coordinate the development of campaign assets and content used across channels such as paid search, SEO, email, and content syndication, ensuring all elements are in place for successful execution.
• Optimize the marketing funnel and address performance gaps.
• Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing) around vertical strategies.
• Lead lifecycle management of marketing initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and forecast future outcomes.
• Champion process consistency, campaign QA, and workflow standardization.
