Working Student - Offshore Project Coordination Department
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy S.A.S.
The Project Coordination department is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and project execution team on internal and external daily project business topics. Areas of responsibility are correspondence management, supporting administrative and project-related IT tools and providing guidance on process excellence performance on the project. The department establishes and drives lessons learned culture in the execution phase of the project.
You will be working with offshore projects in the execution phase in close collaboration with the Project Coordinators assigned to the projects.
How to contribute to our vision
Besides being an active member of the Project Coordination team, you will:
• Support the Project Coordinator with requirements management tasks related to our contract management software and conduct quality checks. Provide first-level software support to the project team members
• Support the Project Coordinator in maintenance of the project correspondence log, including registration of the communication, maintenance of the communication matrix and distribution lists
• Support preparation of monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support on- and off boarding of project team members
• Provide access and necessary guidance in project related IT tools
• Support the preparation of internal and external project workshops
