About the Position:
The New Construction HVAC Install is based out of our Lititz, PA location, and is a part of our New Construction HVAC Install team. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced person with 4+ years' of experience who loves to provide outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work and enjoys being able to lead jobs. Integrity and Customer Care are core values here at Haller! This is a Safety Sensitive position.

What You Will Do:
  • Able to fit and install groove pipe and fittings.
  • Make final connections for low voltage wiring.
  • Proper brazing techniques.
  • Ability to evacuate and charge systems.
  • Ability to fabricate ductboard fittings (45/90), offsets, and risers.
  • Ability to layout and measure metal duct
  • Able to modify duct sizes for proper CFM.
  • Supervise/Manage a second person for one task.
  • Proper use of all press tools.
  • Demonstrate proper safety actions and ability to identify risk factors involved in lift usage.
  • Has EPA certification
  • Ability to read and follow MEP drawings.
  • Demonstrate proper cleanliness and a clean organized safe work area.
  • Safe and proper ladder usage.
  • Situational awareness including overhead fall risks.
  • Practice safe and moving/lifting techniques.
  • Ability to identify safety risks on the job.
  • Understand the importance of following General Construction and Haller Safety protocols.
  • Ability to handle unsafe situations including General Construction unsafe practices.
  • Performs all other duties assigned.

What We Need From You:
  • 4 + years of New Construction experience. (REQUIRED)
  • An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
  • A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
  • Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
  • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
  • A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus!
  • Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.
