🌟 Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of their North Sea project through its Define phase. You’ll oversee planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with strategic goals.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Drive safe and high-value delivery of the project
• Lead planning and multi-disciplinary collaboration
• Oversee Topsides Host and Subsea Facilities development
• Ensure compliance with UK regulatory and HSES standards
• Manage project documentation and stage gate deliverables
• Conduct cost and schedule risk analysis
• Own project risk and budget management

🔍 Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
✅ Proven track record in upstream oil & gas (Appraise/Define/Select)
✅ Knowledge of UK environmental and safety frameworks
✅ Technical expertise in topsides and subsea facilities
✅ Leadership of cross-functional, multinational teams
✅ Strong documentation and decision gate experience
✅ Budget and risk management skills
Preferred:
📂 Familiarity with PPMS stage gates
🔧 Engineering, construction, commissioning insight
