This Position reports to:
Sales Manager

As the Sales Operations Manager for Instrumentation in the Western Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region, you will play a critical role in leading and optimizing sales processes across multiple countries. Your primary focus will be to drive sales automation, enhance operational efficiency, and improve data quality to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Local Sales Units (LSUs), the regional sales team, and global functions to align and standardize sales operations across the region.

Key responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of sales automation tools and processes to improve productivity and streamline workflows across the Instrumentation business in the region.

You will be accountable for enhancing and standardizing the TOA (Terms of Agreement / Terms of Approval) process across all Western Europe, the Middle East, and Africa countries, ensuring it is consistent, efficient, and aligned with regional goals.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to improve the quality, consistency, and completeness of sales and customer data, with a particular focus on the Industry Segment.

You will be responsible for collaborating with Sales Operations Managers in each Local Sales Unit (LSU) to implement regional programs and ensure their successful execution at the local level.

You will also be accountable for developing and deploying standardized Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards and reports, enabling all Western Europe, the Middle East, and Africa countries to track performance using consistent KPIs and data views.

You will strengthen collaboration with the Customer Operations Team (COT), improving communication and alignment to support a seamless sales-to-delivery process and enhance the overall customer experience.

Finally, you will lead efforts to harmonize core sales operations processes across all LSUs in the region, promoting best practices and driving operational excellence.

Key requirements:

To be successful in this role, you bring solid experience in sales operations and sales, ideally within an industrial or instrumentation environment. You are familiar with Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM or BI tools, and you have demonstrated your ability to lead cross-functional and cross-country initiatives.

You approach challenges with an analytical mindset and a strong focus on data quality and process improvement. Your collaboration and communication skills help you build strong relationships across teams and regions. Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are a valuable asset.
