We're looking for a motivated student worker to support our team of experienced Product Designers. As part of our Center of Excellence, you won't just be contributing to product teams - you'll also be helping us mature how our global organization adopts design practices and product-led ways of working. Our focus is creating desirable products for employees throughout the value chain, think less e-commerce, and more specialized products.
This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience across multiple digital products, while also learning how design can scale and create impact at an enterprise level.

We're looking for a motivated student worker to support our team of experienced Product Designers. Our focus is creating desirable products for employees throughout the value chain, think less e-commerce, and more specialized products.
This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience across multiple digital products, while also learning how design can scale and create impact at an enterprise level.
Responsibilities
- Assist product designers in delivering high-quality design work across different teams and digital products
- Support UX research, prototyping, wireframing, and UI design tasks
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and internal documentation
- Participate in workshops, design critiques, and cross-functional sessions
- Help evolve how the organization works with design, from tooling and governance to best practices and team rituals
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in UX Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, Information Studies or a related field
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Able to apply user experience theory and design methods in combination with business process and user behavior understanding
- Experienced in supporting user research activities, such as interviews, observations, usability testing, and desk research
- Knowledge of design systems, including contribution to documentation and governance
- Skilled in creating low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English (written and spoken)
Competencies
- Genuinely interested in sustainability and motivated by solving complex problems
- Take ownership of tasks, seek feedback, and follow through with minimal prompting
- Demonstrate a proactive learning mindset in a fast-evolving environment
- Comfortable facilitating design insights, methodologies, and collaborative workshops
- Organized in maintaining design documentation for team use and knowledge sharing
- Adaptable and confident working across teams and contributing to product thinking
- Curious about organizational design maturity and ready to support design scaling in large enterprises
