Voor een organisatie in de offshore sector in Vlissingen zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en commercieel sterke Tender Manager. De ideale kandidaat woont in Nederland, spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over een EU-paspoort of een geldige Nederlandse verblijfsvergunning. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele tenderproces en het bewaken van de commerciële belangen binnen internationale projecten.

Functie omschrijving

Als Commercieel/Tender Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van het gehele tenderproces - van het analyseren van klantvragen tot het opstellen van concurrerende offertes en het voeren van contractonderhandelingen. Je hebt dagelijks contact met diverse interne afdelingen zoals engineering, operations en finance en onderhoudt de contacten met externe klanten. Tevens zorg je voor een goede overdracht naar de uitvoering en bewaak je belangrijke projectmijlpalen.

Je taken omvatten:

• Het opzetten en begeleiden van tendertrajecten;
• Het opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en commerciële voorstellen;
• Het organiseren van bid meetings en het verzamelen van input van het team;
• Het analyseren van klantbehoeften, contractvoorwaarden en risico's;
• Het onderhandelen over contracten en commerciële voorwaarden;
• Het bewaken van de voortgang, betalingen en deadlines na gunning.

Functie vereisten

• Je woont momenteel in Nederland (vereist vanwege de werklocatie);
• Je hebt een EU-nationaliteit of een geldige Nederlandse verblijfsvergunning;
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands;
• Je hebt HBO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of technische richting;
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in tender- of projectmanagement binnen de offshore of maritieme sector;
• Kennis van contractmanagement (zoals BIMCO), kostencalculatie en projectsoftware;
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels;
• Je werkt gestructureerd, bent resultaatgericht en proactief.
