We're on the lookout for a Commercial Consultant Payroll Solutions who's detail-oriented, organized, and thrives on precision. You won't be running payroll in the traditional sense but you're the crucial link ensuring our payroll constructions are executed accurately and in line with legal, operational, and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Understanding and aligning client and contractor needs across countries and assignment types.
• Advising clients and contractors on legal setup and payroll solutions.
• Supporting clients with compliant tax and payroll solutions in collaboration with internal experts.
• Applying iPS's payroll structures and procedures with accuracy.
• Ensuring high-quality payroll handling in line with international regulations and standards.
• Supporting the Mid-Office team and Senior Payroll Consultants.
• Bringing ideas and ownership to help improve daily operations.

Requirements

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives at the crossroads of precision and collaboration:

• Experience in international contractor management, cross border payroll or crewing.
• Basic understanding of taxation and compliance in international payroll - you don't need to be an expert, just curious and willing to learn. If you're comfortable with tax and payroll structures (or open to getting comfortable), we'll provide training to get you up to speed.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and responsible approach.

Als nieuwe collega binnen ons Global Payroll Solutions team ondersteun je internationale professionals in de maritieme, offshore en civiele constructiesectoren. Wij zoeken een Commercial Consultant Payroll Solutions met oog voor detail en liefde voor structuur. In deze rol ben jij de strategische spil in ons payrollproces. Je zult de salarisadministratie niet op de traditionele manier uitvoeren, maar jij bent de essentiële schakel die ervoor zorgt dat onze payrollconstructies nauwkeurig worden uitgevoerd en voldoen aan wettelijke, operationele en kwaliteitsnormen.

• Je onderhoudt contact met professionals en klanten en vertaalt hun behoeften naar passende payrolloplossingen.
• Klanten en contractors adviseren over juridische constructies en payroll-oplossingen.
• Je deelt je juridische en administratieve inzichten over fiscale vraagstukken.
• Je past de payrollstructuren en procedures van iPS accuraat toe.
• Je bent de schakel die complexe payrollconstructies vertaalt naar sluitende arbeidsovereenkomsten.
• Het Mid-Office team en Senior Payroll Consultants ondersteunen.
• Je draagt actief bij aan operationele kwaliteit en zakelijke groei.

Functie vereisten

Wat jij meebrengt

• Ervaring met internationaal contractor management, internationale payroll of crewbeheer is een pré, maar geen vereiste.
• Basiskennis van belastingzaken en compliance binnen internationale payroll - je hoeft geen expert te zijn, nieuwsgierigheid en leergierigheid zijn het belangrijkst! Je op je gemak voelen met belasting- en payrollstructuren (of sta je ervoor open om dat te worden), dan zorgen wij voor de juiste training.
• Je spreekt uitstekend Engels; Nederlands is een mooie bonus.
• Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een talent voor het opbouwen van duurzame relaties.
• Je werkt proactief, flexibel en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
