Here's what you'll be doing

Location - Flexible (Role will be onsite with travel required and overnight stays at times)

Salary - £45,636 - £57,937 plus excellent employee benefits and career progression

Are you ready to make a significant impact by leading the delivery of projects and driving positive change within E.ON's New Work Delivery team? We are looking for a dedicated individual to work closely with the ICP Residential Manager and Project Engineers to enhance the performance of our depot operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Efficient & effective delivery of work programmes by internal and external staff.
  • Management of projects delivering electrical connections to various properties, ensuring safety, quality and deadlines are met.
  • Promotion of a safe working environment and zero accident vision.
  • Continuous improvement of work delivery processes to reduce costs.
  • Building a strong team culture and developing team members' skills.
  • Compliance with safety and environmental legislation.
  • Identifying opportunities for process and system enhancements.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers.
  • Achieving sales and financial targets.
  • Handling customer complaints in line with company policies.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, consultants, and utility companies.
  • Driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maximizing profitability through efficient management of work programmes.
  • Cultivating an environment of continuous improvement and high performance.


What we need from you

  • Fully responsible for the safety performance on allocated projects, the decision making for associated with delivery of portfolio of projects to time cost and quality.
  • Responsible for scheduling connection to be achieved in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Responsible for the controllable costs and spend on the allocated projects and achievement of margins and EBIT.
  • Detailed knowledge of Safety Management, Risk Assessment and safe working procedures.
  • Commercial awareness including basic contract law and management of risk.
  • Working knowledge of the jointing activity and authorised to set jointers to work on DNO / IDNO Networks.
  • Full driving licence.
  • The ability to self-motivate as an individual and at team level having a pro-active and creative approach to problem solving.
  • Oral and written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to take a confident and diplomatic approach with staff, colleagues and customers.
