Requirements
- Support, manage, and monitor incoming and outgoing electronic and physical communications to include quality review and correction, on behalf of the Director, Office Director, and staff on behalf of the Director, Office Directors, and staff.
- Responsible for providing strategic guidance and advice to the Director on key issues and matters, and coordinates and staffs the Director's decisions and actions.
- Provide situational awareness and crisis management support, and liaise with other departments and agencies on matters related to the customers mission.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM), Space Operations or Business field
Desired Education:
- Graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM), Space Operations or Business field
- Certified Program Manager (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Management Certification, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Certification)
Years of Experience
- 5 years experience serving as CPM or SETA team lead, or equivalent role (e.g., Government PM, COTR)
- 8 years recent (within the last 15 years) IC and/or COCOM experience (relevant experience is defined as time spent managing cost, schedule and performance of a contract delivering Engineering or Analysis Services to users)
Desired:
- 10 years' experience creating and implementing scalable standard operating procedures, performance metrics and feedback mechanisms
- 10 years of relevant experience ((relevant experience is defined as time spent managing cost, schedule and performance of a contract delivering Engineering or Analysis Services to users)
- 8 years of recent (within last 15 years) experience coordinating across cross-functional and cross-organizational team
